The Trumpf TruLaser 5040 6kW is used for both our CNC laser profiling and our CNC laser rotary axis services. The Trumpf is a very powerful and versatile machine allowing use to accommodate both of these services, housed in one piece of machinery.
The Cambridgeshire County Council Cycling Campaign contracted Guttridge Services Ltd through Allerton Engineering to design and fabricate a cycling and pedestrian bridge in Coldham Lane, Cambridgeshire. Guttridge services was required to model the bridge supports using our CADCAM software and manufactured them using the CNC laser rotary axis facility on the Bystronic Bystar.

Our engineers modelled the
bridge support structure to
specification using the powerful
Radan 3D modelling software
package.
The finished bridge support of the
cycle bridge highlights the
precision and accuracy that can
be achieved using the CNC laser
rotary axis service.
