We accept all major types of CAD files for laser cutting, including DWG, DXF, IGES, STL, STEP, SAT, PARASOLID, FBX, OBJ, 3DS, AI, and PDF.

For simple 2D projects, you can simply send your files directly to us via email or by using our online contact form, allowing us to provide quick and easy quotes. For more complex projects which require additional sub-contracting services from us like metal forming or welding, we may need to get in touch with you to confirm further details.

Counter-sink & weld seam preparation for laser cut sheet metal

Speed up your production time, have your parts supplied with laser finished edges. Traditionally, creating bevelled cutting edges involved manual steps with milling or grinding machines. With our investments into the latest generations of laser cutters we can now offer countersunk, bevelled, chamfered & inner contour edges in a single stage process. These edge finishes are final product ready right out of the machine.

Welding your own parts? Bevelled edges introduce significant improvements in welding preparation, no more manual grinder work; precise, consistent edges ultimately improving overall component quality in welding applications.

We supply sheet metal

We can supply sheet metals in a variety of thicknesses for sheet metal laser cutting, perfect for customers looking to keep costs low by purchasing only exactly what’s needed. Sheet metal is supplied in up to 4000mm x 2000mm sheets (size does vary on sheet thickness) however when purchasing directly from us we do not require that a whole sheet is brought and can charge just on materials used.

How effective is sheet metal laser cutting compared to traditional methods?

CNC Laser cutting provides a better finish quality than waterjet and plasma cutting. We can also bevel and smooth edges for a finer edge finish than what can be achieved with other CNC cutting methods. Laser cutting is also faster than other methods reducing cutting time for customers.
