Precision Sheet Metal Bending: To Your Specifications
We make it quick and simple to have metal parts produced and bent to your specifications. Sheet metal bending lets you take a simple laser cut part and bend 3d form to it. Sheet metal bending or press brake forming is used in many industries as it’s a very cost-effective method of manufacture.
Our hydraulic press brakes are CNC controlled and expertly operated allowing each bend to be completed to a high level of precision. Our investments into the latest machinery allow us to create bends which were not previously possible on thicker stock and smaller components.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of metals can be bent with your services?
Steels, Aluminium, Brass and Copper can all be bent via our press. But please speak to us if you have specific requirements on materials.
What is the typical lead time for metal bending orders?
Typical lead times are approx. 1 week, however the higher the complexity and number of parts may increase the time required to complete your order.
Can you handle both small and large-scale metal bending projects?
Yes we have the ability to bend projects of all sizes, up to 4000mm in length.
What is the maximum thickness and length you can bend?
Thickness depends on metal type, but is usually around 20mm thick.
How do you ensure quality control in the metal bending process?
All parts go through our rigorous checking and quality control process with angles confirmed to match the spec provided before shipment.
