Painting and Finishing
We have our own modern paint booth, where we carry out all of our painting and spraying, to finish jobs to the highest standard. It is a ‘drive through’ unit enabling an efficient flow of work through the booth.

Finishing For Your Parts
We offer a range of finishes for your parts, whether you need them painting or galvanised for additional weather protection or need rust removal on an existing part before modification, we are here to help.
Wet painting is conducted on our premises, while other finishing services listed below are carried out by local companies with whom we have worked closely over many years.
Galvanising
Galvanising is a popular alternative to a painted finish. It consists of a zinc plated finish applied by a dipping process. Galvanising provides a highly effective, long-term corrosion resistance for mild steel and is the preferred treatment for exterior steelwork and fabrications.
Shot Blasting
Shot blasting is an aggressive process using metal pellets to remove rust and scale or for providing a surface ‘key’ for subsequent painting operations.
Bead blasting
Bead blasting is a similar process to shot blasting, but is less aggressive and uses glass beads to create a uniform satin finish on stainless steel.
Powder-coating
A type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.
